6/25/00--Here's a recent update for all those who might be interested.  As most already know, Preston spent 7 months commuting to Seal Beach, CA, to support The Boeing Company on a project called "FIA".  While the work was interesting, the time finally came to end the long weekly commute.

Preston's knee surgery (arthroscopically-assisted ACL reconstruction) went well on May 11th.  He's well into the rehab phase and should be ready to go by October (in time for our month in Australia / New Zealand).

For those who may be interested in the surgery, here are a few links describing it (Preston had the "harvested hamstring" option rather than the "patellar tendon" option.

Diane and Preston have also been busy forming a couple corporations.  Ingenuity Research Corporation will be the hub of a small-business subcontracting network.  Tenaya Management Corporation specializes in providing Technical and Infrastructure support.  The corporations have both been formally incorporated and we're now in the process of lining up contracts and establishing our business processes.
